Everything about how your VELORA order gets to your door.
Processing time
Orders are picked, packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment clearing. You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves us.
Delivery time
Nationwide delivery takes 2–4 business days for major centres. Outlying and rural areas may take up to 5–7 business days.
Delivery cost
A flat courier rate applies at checkout, and delivery is free on all orders over R500.
Where we deliver
We deliver anywhere in South Africa via trusted national couriers. We do not currently ship internationally.
