Pricing & availability

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. We do our best to keep stock levels accurate, but if an item becomes unavailable after you've ordered, we'll offer a replacement or a full refund.

Payment

Payment is taken securely at checkout via Shopify's payment infrastructure. An order is only confirmed once payment has cleared.

Delivery & risk

Delivery timeframes are estimates. Ownership and risk in the products pass to you on delivery to the address you provided.

Limitation of liability

Our products are interior décor accessories. To the extent permitted by law, VELORA is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
